This year we’re kicking off our dining options with our annual Friday Fried Fish. This event has been a staple of alpine vacations for many years. The menu includes lightly breaded fried cod or grilled cod, a choice of potatoes including a homemade German potato salad, coleslaw, a bun and a drink. There are one, two and three piece meals and a children’s meal. We also booked a polka band to play at this time, so be sure to join both for a truly ‘Wisconsin’ experience.

Our Saturday Pancake Brunch helps kickstart our Saturday activities… and be sure to join us for our very first Pulled Pork Sandwich Dinner on Saturday night. This dinner consists of sandwiches made with delicious smoked pork shoulders, coleslaw, fries and the smoker’s homemade bacon and cheese macaroni. And of course, we’ll have our Snowflake Café available all weekend, as well as the Dessert Cart, Coffee and Beer Garden.

Food Truck Sunday will feature food trucks along Columbus Avenue outside the high school / college entrance, and the cafeteria will be open for indoor dining. Stop after church and feed the family before heading home. Food trucks include: Baka Chicken, The Brunchbox, Cindy’s Spuds, EveryTHANG Tacos, Horsin ‘Around Ice Cream, The Muffin Top, Smokehouse BBQ and Stone Press. The dessert cart will also provide delicious finger foods.
