This New Jersey steakhouse is one of America’s best
If there’s one food that makes my mouth water, it’s STEAK! Just looking at the photo above makes my mouth water. Steak is a delicious protein, and there are many different ways to prepare it, as well as many different cuts.
There are several fantastic cuts to choose from. Everyone has their favorite but for me, I love the rib eye, filet mignon, t-bone and porterhouse! I must say that it is a mix between the sirloin and the filet mignon.

In all transparency, I try not to go too crazy with “red” meat, but when I’m in the mood … nothing beats a good steak!
I also changed my style of cooking my steaks. I liked mine well done, now I prefer the medium. How do you prefer yours?
Now on to the “best” steakhouse in New Jersey. The meal of the day name it River Palm Terrace the BEST steakhouse in New Jersey. River Palm Terrace is located in Edgewater, Bergen County. The article said it was a steakhouse that “can rank up there with the big boys on the other side of the water.”
Looking at their menu, I see several that I would like to try ….
- BUTCHER CUP PRIME FILET MIGNON
- DRY AGED NEW YORK SHELL STEAK
- BONUS DRY AGED PORTERHOUSE STEAK FOR TWO
- DRY AGED STEAK T-BONE BONUS FOR ONE
By the way, this “BANANA SPLIT” “KITCHEN SINK” dessert looks intriguing … (vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream, raspberry filling, homemade hot River Palm fudge, bananas, fresh whipped cream and roasted almonds)
