Parentis Health acquires Pop-in Care to expand continuum of senior care services

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., April 6, 2022–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Parentis Health, a senior care healthcare company headquartered in Laguna Hills, has acquired Pop-in Care, a licensed home care company that aimed at the elderly, the disabled and those recovering from surgery or other acute illnesses. Pop-in Care specializes in short visits, with no hourly or weekly minimum time or visit requirements, and complements Parentis Health’s care offering. It will continue to operate as Pop-in Care, as a subsidiary of Parentis Health.
