The home of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the University of Pittsburgh Panthers has seven rooms available for private event rental, including the official field press area and the Fedex Great Hall: Museum and Hall of Fame. Each space has personalized seating for banquets and dinners. Standing cocktail style setups are also an option. The UPMC Club, the largest space, can accommodate up to 800 people seated and 2000 people standing. The smallest room is the Ford Fan Zone, an outdoor patio overlooking the football field that can accommodate up to 200 people.

PNC Park has 11 different venues available for private event rentals. Nine of the event spaces are recommended by park staff for hosting celebrations and other social events, while the other two are traditionally reserved for seminars and business meetings. Each venue also offers options for formal seating and standing cocktails.
Spaces include the Pittsburgh Baseball Club Level, a floor of the building that splits into three different sites – Club 3000, Keystone Corner, and Gunner’s Lounge. PCBL locations are placed around the playing field, providing a different view of each room.
Club 3000 is located on the first base line. The sports-themed room seats up to 200 people and features memorabilia and photos from the 3000 hits baseball club. Keystone Corner offers views of the field from the third base line and includes a bar, pool tables, and a mix of regular seating for guest enjoyment. The Gunner’s lounge offers a view of the home plate and includes a private balcony. There is a combination of formal seating and living room furniture for party animals.
The largest site is the Home Plate Club, which can accommodate up to 425 people. The smallest is Club Cambria, which seats up to 50 people and combines a bar and ‘plush stadium-style seating’ for a comfortable experience.
Renters can also add signature experiences to their room rental. Options include practicing batting on the field, using the inside batting cages, and playing baseball or softball on the field.
PNC Park, 115 Federal Street, North Side
The synthetic turf pitch at Highmark Stadium is available for hourly and daily rental for sporting, entertainment and private events. The stadium suite and banquet rooms can be customized to accommodate private functions. A large balcony offers a generous view of the Pittsburgh skyline. The banquet area measures approximately 4,000 square feet and can accommodate events for up to 250 people.

For history buffs
Carnegie Natural History Museum
The Carnegie Museums have over 20 event spaces available for rent, including rooms in the Music Hall, Science Center, Art Museum, and History Museum. The Museum of Natural History also offers four immersive locations for event dinners and cocktails.
These include Foster Overlook, a space that overlooks the The dinosaurs of their time exposure. The space can accommodate 60 people seated and up to 100 people standing for cocktail hour.
In the historic Founders Room, guests will be greeted in the same space where Andrew Carnegie once welcomed his visitors. This venue features a high ceiling with an ornate design, alabaster hanging lamps and a fireplace. The space can accommodate 40 seated and 60 standing guests for a cocktail-style event.
Guests can also explore the wild side of history in the Hall of North American Wildlife. The second-floor space features staging of black bears and jaguars among other depictions of animals in their natural habitat. Up to 100 guests can be seated among the beasts, while 150 guests can remain standing during aperitif time.
Guests can also add sparkle to their party in the Hillman Lobby and PaleoLab Lobby. The space can accommodate up to 100 guests for cocktail hour and offers full access to a display case of 1,300 gems and minerals.

Heinz History Center
Full rental of the History Center is available for private events. For small business, there are seven individual sites that can be ranked higher based on the interests of the host.
Venues include, but are not limited to, the Great Hall, which features vintage cars placed around the hall, the Library and Archives Reading Room on the sixth floor, and the Mueller Center, a contemporary ballroom.
Each event space has multiple seating options, including banquet style, reception placement, and standing cocktail hours. There are several rental length options, with most sites becoming available after 5pm.

Arcade of the Pointe de la Victoire
The vintage arcade will spark nostalgic feelings with its classic arcade games, gaming tokens, and an ice cream bar that sells themed milkshakes. Guests can reserve unlimited play hours for themselves and up to 30 guests, starting at $ 250. Victory Pointe is BYOB for adults and has a comprehensive alcohol policy on their website.

Schenley Park Square
Outdoor events at Schenley Plaza are a breath of fresh air. The park has six different sites and an option to rent a full place. Rain or shine, the event can continue with the use of the oval tent, which can accommodate up to 250 people seated. The PNC carousel is also available for birthdays. A package includes 125 tokens, 10 tables and 40 chairs.

Frick Park Environmental Center
The Frick Park Environmental Center has seven rooms available for private event rental, including indoor and outdoor spaces.
For birthdays, staff recommend a $ 250 package that includes two-hour use of the forecourt and natural playground for up to 100 people. For a small party, there is a $ 300 package that includes use of two hours of the outdoor classroom or amphitheater and use of the natural play area for 30 people. There is a customization option for each location and rental rates include staff assistance.

Pittsburgh Carnegie Library
The Carnegie Library in Pittsburgh has 15 branches, not including the main Oakland building, and each has spaces available for event rental. The Oakland branch has the largest space, a conference room that can accommodate up to 612 people. Some equipment is included in rental and additional charges may be required as party details are specified.

For art lovers
Andy Warhol said: âAs I always say, one company, two is a crowd, three is a party. In the spirit of this statement, the staff at the Warhol Museum are doing their best to organize the party. Rentals include event furniture, audiovisual equipment and staff. The staff also work exclusively with a catering company to create a menu tailored to the event.
The museum entrance space is available for an event of 120 people seated or a cocktail of 300 people. The Warhol Theater is also available to host events. There are also options to add gallery floors, tours, and studio activities.

The Alternative Art Gallery offers private event rentals that can be customized to fit the unique theme of each party. Guests can choose from several locations, including the Winifred Lutz Garden, the museum lobby, or galleries throughout the building. Each space has an option for the cocktail hour setup and some rooms have seating options. Visitors can also add galleries and floors to their rentals for an immersive experience.
