Movie stars and music icons from all over the world have entertained us and made a place for themselves in our hearts. Whatever task they take on, they excel at it and make sure not to disappoint their loyal legions of fans.

Over the years, many celebrities have ventured into different fields and have become successful entrepreneurs. By partnering with renowned chefs and restaurateurs, these prominent names in the entertainment world have entered the burgeoning restaurant industry, which attract customers with their eclectic decor, delicious cuisines and impeccable service.

From Sandra Bullock to Robert De Niro, here are a few celebrity restaurants and bars.

Celebrity owned restaurants and bars:

Pharrell williams

The multi-faceted artist teamed up with Miami’s nightlife king and Groot Hospitality founder David Grutman in 2018 to start Swan and Bar Bevy – a two-stage seal designed by Ken Fulk. Miami’s 13,500-square-foot Restaurant and Lounge offers an exquisite menu curated by Executive Chef Jean Imbert. The delicacies are prepared with locally available and sustainably sourced ingredients.

swan, the restaurant, is on the first floor. Bar Bevy serves drinks on the second floor, where decor includes jewel tones, Moroccan details, and psychedelic artwork. In addition, the second floor has a DJ booth, karaoke and screening rooms. The perfect place to let go.

Jon Bon Jovi

Singer Bon Jovi and his wife Dorothea started their first JBJ Soul Kitchen in 2011. The non-profit community restaurant has served 136,715 meals to date. Their message: “Everyone is welcome to our table where local ingredients, dignity and respect are always on the menu. “

The couple operate three kitchens across New Jersey. The best part about Soul Kitchen is that people from all walks of life can eat together at communal tables – genuinely promoting the concept of ‘community dining with dignity’.

The volunteer-run kitchen was Dorothea’s idea. While prices aren’t mentioned on the menu, patrons who can afford to pay more help cover costs for the less fortunate.


On September 29, 2021, the famous rapper and songwriter surprised everyone with his joint of food Mom’s spaghetti. The Detroit restaurant, which is also his hometown, serves lip-smacking spaghetti, rabbit (vegan) dumplings, meatballs and s’ghetti sandwiches. The restaurant’s name is inspired by the opening lines of his Oscar and Grammy-winning play “Lose Yourself”. Eminem also surprised a few lucky fans on opening day by serving them food himself.

Mom’s Spaghetti has limited seating space, but customers can pick up their order from the joint’s walk-in window. The restaurant marks its partnership with Union Joints Restaurant Group.

Robert de niro

Robert De Niro is co-owner of three restaurants in New York. Manhattan Tribeca Grill was founded in 1990 with restaurateur Drew Nieporent; Locanda Verde was launched in 2009 and is co-owned by Chef Carmellini, Josh Pickard and Luke Ostrom with their partners at the Greenwich Hotel, Ira Drukier and Richard Born; while, Nobu The chain of restaurants and hotels, which the actor owns with chef Nobu Matsuhisa, is based on a partnership with Drew Nieporent and producer-businessman Meir Teper.

Nobu has spread around the world, including Houston, Milan, San Diego, Monte Carlo, Bahamas, Doha, and Manila. Its exotic Japanese cuisine is unmatched.

Priyanka Chopra Jonas

SONA, an Indian cuisine restaurant, is possesses by Priyanka Chopra Jonas. David Rabin and restaurateur Maneesh Goyal collaborated with her for this adventure launched in 2021.

The New York restaurant has a private dining room called Mimi’s, which is also its nickname. According to its official website: “SONA reinvents the wonders of Indian cuisine in a space that evokes a bygone era of noisy but elegant India, all in the heart of New York. It is timeless India.

Guests can choose from a plethora of eclectic choices such as shots of golgappa, Bengal mustard tofu, Gruyere cheese dosa, and several other brunch, dessert, and drink options.

Sandra bullock

The Birdhouse the actress started Watson’s Fantasy and Staple in 2009. Watson’s is kind of all-rounder; it is a bakery, delicatessen, cafe and florist and also has catering and gift options.

From avocado toast and cookie sandwiches to chicken Caesar and pastrami wraps, Watson’s is a foodie’s paradise. Lovers of sweets can also enjoy their pastries.

Jay Z

Nothing less than a sports fan’s paradise is Jay-Z’s Club 40/40. Opened by the rapper-businessman and his partner Juan Perez in 2003, the club is famous for its game-day-inspired appetizers, delicious dishes, interesting salads, mouth-watering sliders, delicious sides and heartwarming desserts.

“I love the sport and wanted to create an environment that was conducive to my lifestyle, while watching the games at the same time,” Jay-Z said of the 12,000 square foot club.

Mark and Donnie Wahlberg

The first joint of the family restaurant, Wahlburgers, opened in 2015 in Hingham, Massachusetts. The chain of relaxed hamburger restaurants and bars is owned by chef Paul Wahlberg, Mark Wahlberg and Donnie Wahlberg.

The brothers extended their business empire which has continued to grow stronger. There are 22 Wahlburgers in the United States, one in Canada and Germany and another is expected to open soon in Australia, according to the official website. The burger chain also inspired a TV series called Wahlburgers in 2014. The 10-season series aired on A&E.

Chef Paul’s menu includes dishes he and his siblings used to relish as children: juicy burgers, crispy fries, cheese dips, lip-smacking salads and more.

Channing tatum

A warm ode to New Orleans nightlife and Storyville’s Burlesque red light district, Tatum’s Saints and sinners the restaurant-bar promises guests a gala time.

Founded in 2012 by the American actor, the New Orleans restaurant features superb contemporary brothel decor. Guests can choose from a plethora of seafood, appetizer, and cocktail options.

Lady Gaga

The multi-trait Lady Gaga became part-owner of her parents’ restaurant Joanne trattoria in 2010. Based in New York City, star artists perform every Friday and Saturday night, feasting guests on authentic Italian-American cuisine.

The restaurant also offers gluten-free options. Enjoy the restaurant’s long list of pastas and appetizers. It also offers many wine choices, including The Gaga Collection.

Ryan gosling

The La La Land actor, with chef “Ben” BenAmeur, opened tajine in 2004. The Beverly Hills Restaurant also offers romantic alfresco dining.

The Moroccan restaurant offers a multitude of beers and wines from all over the world. Besides drinks, the place offers a selection of exotic dishes like homemade baklava, New Zealand lamb chop, fish bastilla, hummus, and honey salmon tagine, to name a few. -a.

Chip and Joanna Gaines

Chip and Joanna Gaines gained notoriety with their home improvement reality show Upper Fixator. The couple added one more feather to their hat in 2016 with Silos Baking Company. In 2018, Magnolia painting became part of the business followed by Magnolia Press Coffee Company the following year. The trio are located in Waco, Texas, United States.
